• To deliver the training, follow up on your request, and provide our services.
• To send promotional text messages, only if you opt in through the chat widget.

4. SMS / text messaging (A2P disclosure)

If you provide your phone number through the chat widget on our website and check the marketing consent box, you agree to receive promotional text messages from GameDay Group LLC, including special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information or mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our business — for example, our CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), database hosting, scheduling, email, and analytics providers. These providers only process your information to provide services to us and are contractually restricted from using it for their own marketing. This does not include sharing mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data, which is never shared for marketing.
